When riots and protests are ok but Thanksgiving and graduation parties are super spreaders.
When phase 2 allots for churches a 50% capacity capped at 250 people but the Superdome at 6,000 people, equivalent to less than 8% capacity.
^fricking this.^

Oh for the love god.
The only good study says they are ineffective. They don’t do anything to reduce transmission rates.
And living in your own personal bubble isn’t going to save you either.
Wearing a mask is just a way of telling people you’re a good citizen who does what they are told.
In traditional Islamic societies, women wear head coverings to show their submission to god.
Masks are the same thing. But they show your submission to the state.

One of things I appreciate about our culture, southern culture, is our rejection of arbitrary power, and being ruled by these nobodies.

It sure is working great all those other places...

I only wear it around my chin to satisfy the requirement of having a mask on to enter

Why? Because people are deciding not to use masks that don't work anyway?

How smart are these folks? We’re completely fricked as a society.

Smarter than you think. Cotton masks are a placebo at best. The out of control governors and civic leaders tell us to wear a mask or be fined, not how to wear it. Consider the nose out as a sign of meager protest.

I do it because my glasses fog up with the mask on. It's a BS prevention thing mostly.

I don’t hang around Bawcomville, so that’s unlikely, but that was an awfully witty reply.

Your eyes are also receptors so this whole charade is pointless. If droplets reach your covered nose and mouth, then they're also reach your eyes.

That’s how I wear mine. Bc viruses aren’t stopped by masks and it’s not healthy to breathe through a mask all day.

I wear mine into certain places I am required to. My sons daycare drop off, because I need that ball of energy out of the house a few hours. Certain grocery stores when I enter and when I check out. Drop it in my back pocket when actually shopping. And that’s about it. It’s all a charade and pointless. My daughter wore hers religiously and ended up testing positive in October. None of the rest of us caught it. No symptoms and I really don’t care that old fatties or others die from it. We’ve know for almost a year now. That’s just natural selection if you’re too fricking stupid to prevent yourself from catching it at this point.

Smart enough to know they are only wearing it to get into the grocery store. It blows my mind that you guys think people are just ignorant by the way they wear their mask yet you can’t see that it’s just some people doing what we have to do to play the game.
