I am looking for something that can track weight sets reps and suggests next increase. And then possibly tell you a day to drop set or whatever?

Are these apps easy to use?

I use strong to track reps sets and weight but it doesn't have all the features you're asking for

I was asking for too much I believe. But if it can just track sets reps and load I guess that is what I need.
Is there a way I can load in my workout prior then have it add my weight for next workout?

It'll save the weight, sets, reps, and rest time you used for your last workout and load it for your next one and then you can adjust as you want. Its pretty easy to use. Has a lot of exercises to choose from already but you can also create your own exercise if it isn't listed in the app. Itll track time for cardio work too

Layne Norton has a workout builder that can probably help.

I mean in general most of the workout apps can do most of what you are asking.
Ultimate 531 would be what I suggest for an older guy like you though. Slow steady methodical progress.
I would suggest reading the 531 books first to understand the program though.

I use personal training coach. It has a bunch or 5/3/1 templates as well as other programs or you can create your own. You input your max lifts and it does everything else. You can tweak
