Read where Van Broussard used to play there in the late 70's and was wondering exactly where it was on Airline?

There used to be a joint where Walmart is. Basically on that corner where there is now a bank. What was it called?

Was many things. I believe it was The Rack for a while. It was Rumors for a long time until it was torn down. Good Sunday night party spot.

A bit further down towards Galvez on the left was the Music Box.
I heard it was a pretty popular place back in the day. But, can’t confirm that.

Kind of where the Popeyes is. A litte north of there. Where that cut through road is by Dominos to Old Jefferson.

Yep. Think Heavenly Donut is there now. Remember going there to see my grandparents on Sunday afternoons.
ETA looks like it is called Amazing Glaze donuts.
Music Box wasn't where Delaunes is. Was the other side of Causey Road.

Southern Kumfort was a restaurant and part of the nice motel behind it back then.
My mom saw it with us a few months ago and could not believe it was the same place. They'd go out to eat there on occasion in late 60s.
