I wouldnt take much of what a Walmart CS employee says to heart. How much do you think those people actually know? The Twitter probably has a little more credibility to it.

This thing is an even bigger monstrosity in person. I think its a terrible design. Cleared my entertainment center slot maybe 1/5 of an inch.

Make sure you had enough space for airflow. Air intakes are on the side and the exhaust is in the back (when horizontal).

Is the back of the entertainment center open or just has a hole? That doesn’t sound like good airflow for it.

It has a hole in the back. It should be fine. It’s not enclosed or crammed. Just a slot.
