Have been having to jump my truck off once a week. Battery will last me almost exactly 7 days. When it goes dead, it won’t even click when turning key. Battery has been tested and it is fine. Sounds like an alternator issue? What do y’all think

Can get your alternator tested as well.

Possible connection issues with battery? Seems alternators the vehicle will start but then quickly die

Could have a bad alternator, but check your connections and ground first.

Is it parked for 7 days with no use or is it being driven regularly during the 7 day period?

Year, make, model, miles?

This! Do you have a security system on the truck? Some of those are bad for this issue.

Your battery is shot. Should last longer than seven days.

Unless you have a large parasitic draw as another poster mentioned.

Look up “ deadline or blind link fuse” it’s in your fuse box. Pulinng it is like turning the main breaker off. Look in your owners manual for info.

Never had a truck post 97 that would run long on a bad alternator even with a hot battery.

Start the truck and put a volt meter on battery terminals. If it’s not reading around 13.75 volts DC then your alternator is probably the problem.

Bad battery or alternator, likely the alternator.

You terminal voltage should be between 13 and 14.5 volts with the engine running. If its below about 13.3 than I'd say the charging system is bad. If its low while the engine isn't running (below 12) but jumps up to 12.5+ running, its probably the battery.
