Is it because, Africa.. Africa?

I guess it’s because it’s the remake which they purposefully got more black voices for. Shoehorned in IMO

It takes place in Africa and blacks are the majority of the voice actors

Father gets killed by relative
Son comes up to overtake fathers murderer and to reclaim kingdom
Am I talking about the Lion King or a movie about gangs

Because Scar (white man Jeremy Irons, who once played a UN Policeman) murders Mufasa (unarmed black man James Earl Jones). Simba bides his time and returns as a teenager with some buddies to do a revenge killing.
Factually, since all black men will be murdered, innocent and unarmed, by white policemen, the story is simply an allegory for every black man's life.
At least that's what I heard.

Had no idea there were “black” lions. I never understood this. Who gives a frick what race the people in the story are. If it’s a good story, it’s a good story.

What would be some celebrate white movies?

As a form of venting I suppose there will be a massive increase with the racist threads.

Kimba? The movie the Lion King stole from and never gave credit to?

Anyone ever stop to think about who Nala's father is?

Physically superior physiques. Setting is closer to the origin of man, as opposed to genetic derivatives. IMHO

There's a reason Caucasians dominate static strength sports.
There's a reason blacks dominate in fast twitch sports.
There's a reason Asians are good at math.
