You forget that we have checks and balances. Even if Biden were to win, there is a ZERO chance that the Dems take back the Senate. The Dem's best case scenario leaves them one seat short of a majority, and 2022 is not a friendly landscape to Democrats. Mitch McConnell will neuter his presidency. Also there is now a 6-3 majority on the court.

I have a different take. If Biden were to win and the radical left begins to implement their far left agenda I think 2024 could be a complete Dim beat down. There's still a shite load of somewhat centrist Dims who will be very uncomfortable with the full radical left agenda and they will finally take the "Red" pill.

Agreed. IF Biden wins, I hope enough people at least have the common sense to split the ticket in the Senate races, allowing R’s to still have the majority and have a check on a guy who is clearly on the cognitive decline.

I fit that category, and if hypothetically all the legislation were drafted by Ilhan Omar, I would 100 percent be voting GOP in 2024. It remains to be seen if that happens though. Personally, I doubt it. But you are correct that if it comes to pass, the Democratic party will cease to exist.
I personally don't think Biden is going to do that, but for the sake of argument, let us say he does. There are enough centrist Democratic Senators like Manchin, Tester, Sinema, and a probable Senator-elect Kelly, who all want to keep their seats, that they will not vote for those types of bills.
