I have been making homemade seasonings more lately versus buying them already made.
Now working on a taco or Mexican seasoning. Anyone make one they would like to share? I downloaded several I have tried and doctored up but still sampling.

Here's a link to view and download the HornFans Cookbook that I stumbled across on my computer recently. They have numerous recipes for fajita seasoning - maybe you can get some inspiration there.

If I remember correctly, this collection was the spark for our own recipe collection.

Following this. Commercial Taco has lots of carbs, so I am interested. My Taco seasoning is only so-so.

I use this one on my Thanksgiving turkey sometimes. I did a rub from Bon Appetite last year. It wasn't as good. Simon and Garfunkel spice rub for poultry.
