Bech Will Sign with the Tigers

I'm hearing that a de-commitment could be coming before the end of the week. This kid bleeds purple and gold and will continue to hold a chip on his shoulder to prove his worth with Coach O and the Tigers. An offer from LSU is something that a kid like Bech will not pass up. Sure, his family does preach the importance of academics, but when you sign with an SEC Program like LSU, you have the opportunity to pursue a life-long dream of playing in the NFL. I am very close to both Walker Howard and Jack Bech, and know how excited they are to chase their dreams together in the P&G. The inside scoop has said that Georgia and Oregon will likely offer Bech, but this kid takes pride in representing his family, like Howard, in a Tiger uniform. The family ties that Bech has to LSU along with his relationship with the Howards, will ultimately be too strong for any program to steer him away from LSU when its all said and done. Don't be surprised when this kid puts on a show in Death Valley in the coming years.

Tom Herman will make his case this weekend as Bech plans to visit Austin. I feel like Texas is the only potential threat to Bech signing with LSU.

Herman may not be in Austin when the kid would get there

A class of Hilton, Smith, Earle, and Bech would be damn strong and give you multiple skill sets.
Totally fine with that group.

Same here. That’s not a knock on the other guys, but Bech just has it. The dude can flat out play.

And Bech is the kind of kid you can count on in the classroom and off the field. No drama.
Not saying Thomas is a headache mind you.

People finally woke up. Something that many people should know about Bech, kid is a leader and someone you want and need in a locker room. All this talk about being too slow is for the birds. Let's see what happens when Howard throws Bech a bubble and Jack truck sticks these slender and timid DBs on third and short. Kid is so versatile and his skill set will make it easy for coaches to find ways for him to be productive at LSU. While the receivers committed in this class might be slightly faster than Bech, he is leaps and bounds ahead of them physically and mentally. Watch the tenacity and grit that Bech plays with in the run game and try to tell me he doesn't bring the juice. Anyone who truly knows the game of football would be stupid to not get excited about what this "underdog" brings to Tiger Stadium.

Bech is not only a fast guy with solid hands, he’s built like a brick house.

The "he's too slow" crowd have never heard of guys like Brandon Marshall, Mike Thomas (as much as I don't like him) and *gasp* Jerry Rice. Or they have conveniently forgotten them. Obviously, I'm not trying to say that Bech is necessarily on the level of any of those guys (or will be), but their lack of elite sprint speed didn't preclude them from being elite receivers, and it won't stop Bech, either, if he's as good as most of us think he is.
