By the looks of the gif, Falcons were down by 2 and there was a minute left. Looks like gurley tried to go down at the one to kill the clock and win by a FG (or just kill some clock and run it in) but he stumbled across the plane, giving the lions enough time to return fire and win the game.

Detroit gets the ball back with just over a minute left and no time out, goes 75 yds down the field (on some incredible throws by Stafford) and scores a TD on the last play of the game, kicks the extra point to win.
Another Classic Atl Failure.

I think he was expecting to be tackled on like the 5 yard line but the DET players who were on him let up which caused his momentum to take him into the endzone. He obviously realized it was happening and tried to stop but it was too late.

Sad part is if Atlanta had just played defense, they would have won.

Reminds me of a few years ago when Brossette intentionally slid to kneel for the win instead of taking the TD. Mouth breathers on the rant couldn't comprehend why he'd possibly do that and were yelling "YA ALWAYS TAKE DA POINTS AND PLAY DEFENSE!"
