But really, it depends on how contract talks go with Lonzo, and how he feels about the possibility of playing off-ball. If he's convinced that he's a PG and wants a 20 mil salary, then I'm fine with getting what we can for him. If he's reasonable about contract #'s and being a role player for this team, then I want to see him in that role.

It's more how I view how the offense should operate.
I think BI is best as the primary initiator/ball handler a la Jimmy in Miami.
Need a secondary ballhandler/creator off the initial action or someone that can catch and shoot.
I think Ball can do the latter but don't trust him as the former in the half court. Rubio is a willing passer and good creator. While a downgrade on the 3pt shooting he makes enough. He's also better at attacking the rim and getting to the line. He's also under contract for 2 more years and avoids the potential Ball price tag
