Hurricane Delta's impact already being felt in New Orleans.

Don't worry we have the Sewerage and Water Board to keep us safe because they don't rely on Entergy.

This wouldn't happen if the City would let Entergy update the infrastructure.

Some of that is the old NOPSI underground network. That stuff was antiquated 25 years ago.
