Our oldest will be starting Pre-K next year so we're looking at all the usual suspects for BR private schools. Any of y'all with experience have any recommendations or any schools to stay away from?

They don't have a Pre-K, but we will apply next year for Kindergarten admission.

Must be so depressing to have to live in BR and feel the necessity to shell out upwards of $6K to send your 5 year old to kindergarten.

The one in Southdowns is St. Aloysius. My kids went to Most Blessed Sacrament; we had no complaints.
