My understanding on this is that you have to pay full MSRP for the vehicle to get the 0%.

I've heard that a time or 2, but that is usually a local decision of a shitty sales manager. Plenty of dealerships out there that will deal off of invoice and still offer you your choice of which ever other incentives are available such as cash back or cheap financing.

DCU 1.99 for 65 months

I have used these guys and Navy Federal and Penfed, both are good and easy to work with. DCU offers their lowest rate up to 65 months. Been years since I've seen the particulars but at one time they would give that rate down to a 680 equifax version 5 score as well.

These credit unions have great rates, but the few I’ve spoken to have membership restrictions to apply. And to be a member, you have to live in the same state or parish as the CU. For example, GP Louisiana CU said I had to live in Zachary to apply for membership and loan. Anyone know of any work around?

NFCU has very low rates, but there's military restrictions to join.
