You mean like shutting down Chinese from entering the country? I agree..

Wonder how many of the permanent job losers worked in a shite arse restaurant, airline, or some type of entertainment based position?
Evolve, adapt, and find something else to do.

I don’t even agree with that at all.
New Zealand has been under glorified house arrest for six months as an isolated island nation and even they have active cases. And the minute they open up everything full stop, it’s going to spread just like it does everywhere else.
The only way to stop this virus from spreading everywhere is to literally put everyone in perpetual house arrest and destroy the global economy permanently, or at least until a vaccine comes out of the sort that can eradicate the virus.
There is a lot of hubris with this idea that we had any type of long term control over this once it escaped Wuhan.

the reason these jobs were lost was because there is less money in the economy to pay their wages
where do you think they can go to escape similar issues?

PPP magic is about to wear off. Then shite gets real....

that's why Europe is having major issues. their initial subsidizing of life while they shut down society is expiring

Wow, you really are an a-hole. Did it come naturally or is it a learned behavior, maybe your family taught you?

I’m not sure how fiat currencies go unscathed from the rapid introduction of so much capital.
The only thing keeping high inflation rates at bay right now in my opinion is the slow velocity of money, as people aren’t pushing demand that high for the goods usually used to judge inflation as many people are simply hoarding money in rainy day fund (although I think there is a demand induced inflation in the stock market right now)

Trump's economy is permanent lost jobs. But most of them are retail and restaurants jobs, so those don't count as real jobs according to Politards prior to Trump taking office.

If people would’ve just committed to wearing masks months ago.....

Do you think that a president Hillary would have locked us down less?

The shutdown mandates were done at the state level, mostly via executive order of state governors.

Whatever you retards need to tell yourself to cover for voting for a fool is cool.
Whats your excuse for the $7.5 trillion in spending in 3.75 years?
Whats your excuse for the rapid inflation we are experiencing?

You just made a whole lot of judgements on my political leanings and beliefs without knowing a thing about me, friend.
I don’t have an excuse for government overspending and am extremely worried about hyperinflation, as you’d see if you looked a few posts up and weren’t being a tool.

Trump is not a fiscal conservative, there's no doubt about that. But Dem states are leading the unemployment rates because their leadership is treating the Rona like ebola or politicizing the lockdowns.
Think about it, they care more about their own political power than your job or business.

It’s only because I know your style I didn’t take offense to being called a retard
Our government from federal and state levels have failed us immensely with COVID. It’s why so many people are frustrated; attitude reflects leadership and the leadership has been poor.
But it isn’t all on Trump. A substantial portion of this economic fallout falls at the feet of state governors, and a lot of it is also that we foster a culture of overleveraging ourselves and many private parties know there isn’t any real risk because they know they can expect a bailout courtesy of Uncle Sam. But honestly after six months of a slow economy, any leverage at all becomes overleveraged.
