I've been to about 15 games at Bryant-Denny Stadium. It's never been very loud at any of them.

Florida is the only one even close to LSU that I've been to.

Been to Auburn every time LSU's played there for the past 20 years, and it's only been loud once, which was in '06.

I've been to the last 3 and that was what I was comparing. If we are talking about overall noise, that Auburn 06 and Florida 06 were the loudest SEC stadiums I've heard outside of LSU... USC this year completes my SEC rotation, I'm only 29 so can't go back to 40 years of comparison.

Kind of tough to compare considering the quality of the microphones used to record the sounds.

This is one of my best moments of being at an LSU game, including being at SEC championship games, national championship, Bluegrass Miracle, Beating #1 Florida, etc. That place simply went bananas!

I only clicked on the Clemson, Oregon and LSU links; however, the first problem I noticed with these is that you are not making accurate comparisons. The Oregon video appears to be filmed from a camera about 30 rows from the field. The Clemson video actually has some footage from field level. The LSU video is shot from the upper deck. Yea, that's where all the noise is....THE UPPER DECK.

I realized last night watching the LSU-Bama replay on Cox last night that Bryant Denny is never that loud because they're too caught up in shaking those damn pom poms. It's the gayiest thing.

I was on the 3rd row last year at Bama, and it was the 2nd loudest stadium I've been to, but it was no Death Valley. I'm going to Auburn and Florida this year for the first times, so that will probably move Bama back.

Tennessee is the most overrated stadium by far though.

I put the Swamp at #1 and I have been to every major SEC stadium more than once.

The Swamp has more of a high pitched ring to it than some others.

After the Swamp:

2. LSU and AU tied. I've been to 3 AU-LSU games in TS and it is about the same as JH.

3. Samford

4. Neyland

5. Bryant Denny
