Well that’s convenient. Where is that sentiment 95% of the time you’re upset over something stupid?
I want to say he was making a half assed attempt at trying to talk like a military guy. When entertainers visit troops, they talk like that. However, I’ve never heard a politician address a military crowd that way.

Sorry, dude, when I was in the service, I went to numerous speeches from politicans (including two Presidents), Admirals and other high-ranking officers, dignitaries, diplomats, VIPs, etc. Not once were we ever called "stupid bastards" by the speaker. There is no context where this is appropriate coming from a Vice President.
