Gainesville has set up downtown so people can drink outdoors like a mini Mardi gras now. Kind of interesting.

No it hasn’t. It’s been operating like a restaurant. Rockin is being hammered in a big crowd with live music blaring while you’re stringing up bras of random women at the main stage.

Avoid Pinellas county (clearwater/St. Pete).. was almost at capacity before covid .. people have been moving in at a record rate since and snowbirds will be returning ...

Heading to Tampa next weekend... is there a mask mandate? I know the state doesn't have one, but just wondered if I'm going to get hassled walking around without a mask.

You won't get hassled walking around without one but you'll need to put one on when you go into businesses. I'm not sure if DeSantis opening things up will change that TBH
