I’ve heard the same thing too. I was glad that people who are gay were able to get married. They’re consenting adults for god sake.
I don’t know anybody in real life today who really cares that two people can legally get married regardless of gender. I think we’re past that now.

I would never advocate or give a resounding approval for any marriage outside of traditional marriage but I’m not going to let other people’s sexual preferences be a reason to discriminate against them or not love them as friends or family.

Then based on your logic, three people should be able to marry. Or even four.
I'm not saying it's right or wrong...I'm just saying that every argument used to support gay marriage applies to polygamy. Every. Single. One.

I dont care what consenting adults do behind closed doors.
A friend of mine has a gay son who got married. Then went through a nasty divorce. Fought like animals over every dime. I laughed and said "aint it great to be equal, you get screwed by the courts like straight people".
He was not amused.
