Get ready for more racial protests/riots. Breonna Taylor related.

Snyder courthouse in Louisville, KY was boarded up this morning and US Attorney Russell Coleman has asked homeland security for help in protecting 3 other federal buildings in what is being guessed, that an announcement is coming soon in the Breonna Taylor case.

if you can't come back with a grand jury indictment... then you never had a case to start with

It's just a decision as to whether enough evidence exists for trial to even take place.
No GJ indictment proves this was a sham from the get-go.

Forgive my ignorance but wasn’t she killed in the crossfire between cops & her BF when her BF opened fire on cops serving a no-knock warrant?

There's absolutely no case here except for perhaps some type of negligence from the officer shooting thru the window.
Its very unlikely that he's the one who shot her though.

Yeah and they have transcripts of Saint Taylor talking about drug activity with her boyfriend when he was in jail.

Ah. Ok. I thought I’d heard something in the case about no knock warrants. But other than that, it went down pretty much as I described?
And if so, how did this even make it to a grand jury? Seems pretty open and shut to me that if anyone should face charges it’s her BF because she died as a result of his felony offense, namely firing at police officers. I’m not a lawyer though so maybe I’m missing something?

In my opinion it's equal parts cowardice and genius. I'd like to be able to say that DAs should decide not to file on their own and not to use the GJ as the limiting factor, but I get the career implications of it all.
