What happens if the prosecutors withhold exculpatory evidence? Is that irregular?

shocking...
Can't wait to read Powell's response.
It is unfathomable that the appellate court allowed this farce to continue: a) that they allowed Sullivan to keep the case, and b) they allowed this "amicus."
Obama and Reid stacked that court for a reason - because any prosecutions of their bullshite would never go anywhere (with the added bonus of fricking any of their political enemies in the event the GOP somehow won in the future).

Honest question for anybody interested in answering this.
Flip the script. Sullivan is a partisan/activist Conservative on the bench, and Flynn is a reliable liberal that was lined up to serve in Obama's administration and railroaded by an activist FBI.
What would the Left do? I don't mean the media because they talk/write. Would Obama or his DOJ change the game somehow? Would Sullivan be harassed in public or at his home, or worse? Or would it all be just message board fodder?

This would never happen because Obama was controlled by the MIC.

I think the last few months show what the left would be doing under similar circumstances.

Sullivan needs to gain some weight. About 77 grains sounds right.

Maybe don't plead guilty to protect your criminal son and this wouldn't be a problem

In a fair and just society, this is a very logical and sound point of view.
However, in a politically charged DC, dealing with corrupt FBI agents, your statement is neither logical or sound of mind.

Now a Judge that has made the case all about him has hired a lawyer to call the DOJ out as abusing their prosecutorial power.
I just wanted to say it out loud to let it sink in where we are at.
What do the poli lawyers think?

In reality the DOJ should drop the Flynn case and charge his son for the crimes he committed.
That would be justice.

This is the first time I've ever someone argue abuse of prosecutorial power when the goverment trying to dismiss charges. Bold fricking strategy

I really don't think the court has the power to do what it's doing. What if the DOJ just quits on the case?
Posted on 9/11/20 at 4:42 pm to AlxTgr
The DOJ has asked for immediate dismissal.

Both of those tyrants are welcome to frick themselves in the ear until their treasonous brains rattle.

What crimes did Flynn Jr commit exactly? They were going to make something up and his wife just had a baby.
