Worsham twitter:

quote:

Terrace Marshall on Kayshon Boutte: "He's coming along very great since he's been here. That's what we expect out of freshmen at LSU. Coach O, he wants you to ball right away."

quote:

Terrace Marshall on becoming WR1: "I've always been locked in. That's the culture around here. We're always locked in, ready to go. I'm ready to take on whatever responsibility I have to take on."

quote:

Terrace Marshall: "One thing about us, we're all self-motivated. We don't sit around motivating each other all day, because we already know when it's time to handle our business, we're going to go out and do that. That's part of being on track to be a professional."

quote:

Terrace Marshall: "This year's offense is just as fun as last year's offense."

quote:

Terrace Marshall asked if he's overlooked: "I let my play do the talking. Once I get out there on the field, once I do my best, it's going to be a good show. I'm not worried about all the politics, the he say, she say, I'm just going to go out there and ball."

quote:

Terrace Marshall on Arik Gilbert: "He's eye candy. 6-5, I don't know how many pounds he weighs. I don't want to know. He's a freak of nature."

Eye candy!

quote:

Terrace Marshall is on a roll. He was asked about being WR1 and getting the other team's best corner.

"Once I get in the game, my mindset is to kill whoever is in front of me."

quote:

Terrace Marshall: "We're LSU. We're always stacked. It's next man up. That's in our DNA. In our receiver group, all our options this year will be just as good as our options last year."

quote:

Terrace Marshall said he wanted to improve his blocking this offseason. "I just want to do all the small things right as much as I can."

quote:

Terrace Marshall: "This offseason was obviously weird, for everybody. One thing I did to adjust was make sure I was taking care of my body. I've been in the training room every day making sure my knees and feet are right so I'll be ready to go for the season."

quote:

Jori Parys

@JoriParys

Terrace Marshall on Myles Brennan:
"We've been clicking in practice so I'm really looking forward to seeing how well we're going to click in a game."
Says the chemistry between him and the receivers has been great. #LSU

He will be a leader on offense and so proud to have him at LSU. I pray he can stay healthy and ball out one last year.

Great attitude. I'm ready to see this young man continue balling out.

From his original commitment to the stories on his injury rehab in local media it's clear to see Marshall is a very sharp, grounded kid that puts in the work to be better. I really want to see him excel.

Based on the exchange, Marshall appears to be a high character guy. I applaud his efforts to stay healthy and focused on his football career. I’m glad he’s a leader on this football team and in the WR room. His endorsement of Myles, Boutte, and Gilbert are aligned with other reports and film which is great! We, as fans, just need Myles to driver a catchable ball to these athletes and let them work.
