Everyone down on LSU

We will be better than people think this year. I’m not expecting a playoff run but I think 8-2, 7-3 type of year. This year will allow for some guys to get a lot playing time and will pay huge dividends for ‘21. Orgeron has my trust and he will have these boys ready to go.

Because our players care more about the nfl than winning championships.
See all the opt outs.
Lawrence and etienne already won one and have nothing to prove yet they are playing.
Leatherwood and Moses already won one and ha e nothing to prove yet they are playing.
Clemson and bama just have much different cultures when it comes to the university's starting a dynsasty than it is for LSU.

You all are pussies. I’m not expecting playoff this year due to our inexperience. It might happen but I’m not expecting it. We will be giving so many guys playing time that it will help tremendously for next year. Stop being pussies frick what Alabama fans do/expect frick what anybody does or expects I’m going to love LSU no matter what and cheer the tigers to victory no matter what

Personally I think LSU can finish 9-1 and make the playoff. My only concern is on this team is Defensive End. As far as the schedule goes, the road games wont be as difficult as it would be in a normal season. Not that I ever played, but playing in front of 20,000+ fans should be easier than playing in front of 90,000+. Auburn defense wont be as good as it was last year with the departures and I dont think Bo Nix is that good of a quarterback. Plus their only weapon is Seth Williams. Florida should be a good team but I like lsu's chance with a partial crowd at the swamp. And Texas A&M is overrated. I dont know about bama yet, they return a lot on both sides but unlike previous years the offense isn't handicapping itself. I'll give us a punchers chance against bama now.

If you’re expecting a playoff run this year with the opt outs and likely scenario where games are cancelled and players are forced to sit due to quarantine, then you’re not too bright.

There’s a huge difference between these. One is respectable, the other is failure. 7-3 doesn’t prove anyone “down on LSU” wrong. It proves them right.

Big question is how does the SEC handle testing? If they allow schools to handle it themselves (like drug testing), I know a school two states East that will live in the grey area and never sit a positive testing player that is important.
