Boo, I think you will have success with it. Had I watched the calorie intake while eating "keto friendly" stuff I would have lost more, but I ate as much as I wanted and I still lost weight. Once the ketosis kicks in you will drop pounds quickly.

I agree that it’s not sustainable long term. I plan to use it to get to target weight and then balance it out a little more.

This is what I need to do. Plus work more cardio into my lifestyle.

Boo, I was exercising but it was more about intake. The cardio couldn't keep up with the excessive intake. It was time for a change.
