I’m doing it as well. Granted I probably have more to lose than Kim, but pounds are flying off so far. 10 lbs in 2 weeks.

ETA: congrats Kim

I lost about 10 pounds in 4 weeks eating as much as I wanted-just very few carbs. Keto is just not sustainable for me because I need beer, pizza and mexican food in my life. I'll start another fad diet tomorrow.

FBD is a Project Dank that I've been looking at for a few weeks. Great West Coast style DIPA.

Just watch you carbs when you can. No need to go full blown keto to maintain and even lose a bit more.

Fantastic. I found it to be a relatively easy diet to stick to. I might do it again soon but I just need a break from it. It is hard to imagine getting tired of bacon, eggs, steaks and cheese, etc. but it happens.

I'm going to have to give it a try... after I drink the few beers I have left in my fridge today after work.

I can still drink whiskey, so life will be good.

That is my plan. I just needed to do something to shock the system and reduce the beer gut. Keto worked. I had never paid attention to how many carbs I was consuming until I started the diet. It was a good experiment and I learned a lot. Now I just want to maintain and maybe lose a couple more pounds.
