I fully expect there to be a blizzard this winter. Roads shut down. Ice on power lines. Dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria.
Because that would be the most 2020 thing ever is to have a major hurricane followed by a heat wave in early fall followed by an ice storm.

Yep! Our cold front will come with Phase 3. Unfortunately, that’s 2 weeks away

Maybe. We've had more snow in the past 12 years than the previous 30.

Friend,
I consider the first cool front to be the first day with highs below 86 and a dewpoint less than 65. The first cool front does not always produce Front Day.
To be a Front Day, these are the criteria which are present for the first time after the summer months:
1. Saturday
2. Low of 60 or less
3. Sunny
Since 1986, Mother has celebrated Front Day with an ever growing hot chocolate party at the house.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

Never trust the gfs when it comes to cold fronts... Especially forecasts 10 days out

Accuweather had next week lows in the low 70's..That changed to lows in the upper 70's. Accuweather has the cool front now coming the last full week of September 20-26...

A day or two ago they had BR with highs in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s starting this Thursday. Now it's 94/73

Weathermen can’t tell you if it will rain tomorrow.
But somehow predict cold fronts 10 days ahead.
They’ve been so wrong all year.
