You get the government you vote for. Shame on republicans and independents who voted for JBE. The first or second time. I shame every single person I know about it especially if they are complaining about his mask mandate and this phase bullshite.

How do "the states that touch LA" stats look compared to LA? At one point, we had the second or third worse stats in the country, per capita.

TX/MS/AR were not nearly as bad as LA.

I do think what TX is doing, makes sense. Let the smaller classifications start first.

LHSAA volleyball is starting this week, with no fans. That's progress.

The reason is politics. Not safety of our population. Not any COVID infection stat. Politics, pure and simple.

Short of a random shooter that shoots and kills every conservative in LA, the following is true:

1) Trump will win LA
2) Richmond will win in LA-2
3) Every other congressional district will go republican

There is absolutely zero political gain for any LA politician, or the LHSAA, here.

JBE is term limited. How is he gaining from this, again?

Look, I think he is an idiot and needs to open things back up. But, term limited politicians don't gain from this. This is a stupid argument.

What do you think his next job will be?

He would never get elected as a senator. He would never get elected as a US rep from his home district.

And despite what some of y'all think, he isn't liberal enough to get a cabinet position in a liberal administration.
