I feel like the time from setting up the trust to can in hand was like damn near a year.

We had 5 people in our trust....also the processing was delayed somewhat because having a Jr in the group confused the dumbass people that processed the BGC for the trust.

About 200 days. I'm 2 weeks in using Silencer Shop. Super easy. Also if you get it from a gun range, you can shoot it there during the wait for the the stamps final approval.

Silencer shop single shot trust is your friend.

Add responsible persons after the fact. The more responsible persons the longer the wait time.

If you find a build kit and do it yourself way faster

Form 1s are a month or less even

You can also build sbr and sbs faster this way.

Just have to engrave

Looks like 6-12 months right now. Lower end if your application is uncomplicated, higher end if you have things like many trustees, a name that flags in any of the databases, you get lost in FBI background check hell, etc.

The trust literally takes fifteen minutes to put together. The attorney you use almost certainly is going to use a pre-written trust document and just fill in the proper blanks to make it yours.

I was told one year...

They sent me a paperwork/finger print kit but not bieng able to top the rifle I bought for an upcoming Red Stag hunt has dampened my sense of urgency.

I'm using Silencer central in Montana for the titanium thingy and am thinking about having my bar rifle barrel threaded as well.

I'm also applying in a manner that I can add names to my permit so other people can use my silencer maybe.
