I never understood why my parents were so against that shite growing up. Then I just saw the Miley Cyrus act and I get it. The first half is her teasing not wearing underwear and the camera zooming in super close. Yay female empowerment I guess
Then she straddles a mirror ball AFTER ripping off her skirt revealing that she was in fact wearing panties.
