Usually 5-6 hours a night. I have a 2 year old who gets up around 6-6:30 every morning no matter what times he goes to bed.

I try to get at least 7-8 during the week. If I sleep without an alarm on the weekend, I usually sleep 9-10 hours.

8 on the days I work, 12-13 on my off days. I probably actually need about 10.

Asleep around 9:30-10 pm. Usually up around 4am. Slept in til 5:15 Am today.

I’m 50 and I sleep on average 3-5 hours a night. For whatever reason my body does not require much sleep. On the flip side my kids seem to need 9-12 hours.

4 hours. If I sleep more than 4 I have freakin' nightmares. I'm considering giving up sleeping altogether.

I used to get like 5 a night. Now I’m usually able to get a full 8+.

Same here. If I take a nap after work, I have to drink myself to sleep at night, which causes me to want to take another nap the next day.
