Exactly. I mean it didn't even crash as few as 12 years ago. It's just going to keep going up no matter who is in office. Business will keep booming even with higher taxes and increased regulations. Just look at SF. Their real estate market is booming. Middle class people can buy a nice 3 bedroom starter home for as little as $700,000. Politicians don't really matter.

Every time it goes down it goes back up. It's never going to go down and stay down.

I hope you are right, but I will bookmark your post and bring it out in 3 years if Biden wins.

The market would have been at 27K if Obama/Biden didn't have all of their stupid regulations

I’m pretty amazed this statement wasn’t challenged.

$700,000 as a 3 bedroom “starter home” is a normal thing and nobody bats an eye?
