They just dropped all of our commits. Especially decoldest Crawford dropped 100 spots to a 3 star

And looking into it they have Crawford as the #22 player in the state, and a mid (5.6) 3 star. 247 has Crawford as the #12 player in the state and the highest 3-star (89) rating.
So it was rivals dragging down Crawford, not 247.

Look at the rating of our 1st RD picks this past draft. Sure looks like our coaches are better at talent eval/development than the recruiting services.

Rivals did it, so Rivals hates LSU. It's too early to concern ourselves with rankings of 22 kids. There's been essentially no evaluation of them aside from film and very early spring events. The disparity among the rankings signal that. It's similar to the early days of the recruiting site era. Smaller schools and states without true representation on those sites are under-evaluated and usually don't get ranked properly. Louisiana and Mississippi have always held that distinction.

People put way too much stock into these services. They service some programs more than others if you know what I mean. It's been obvious for years, yet even LSU fans seem to be in denial about it. I'll never understand it.

Isn't he related or tied to Tredavious White? Not that it should matter but sometimes it does.
Go check out Emory Jones rankings. Not very highly thought of yet he's a priority for us. Unless a kid has a big following or shows up to the dog and pony shows they aren't likely to draw much respect from ranking services. Particularly a couple of years out.

Why would this suprise anyone? Remember, we just won the 2019 Natty. 247 has had our classes ranked since 2016:
2016 Ranked 2
2017 Ranked 7 with Florida State USC and Michigan ahead of us
2018 Ranked 15 with Oregon, Florida State, Notre Dame, Miami, Penn State, USC, and Texas ahead of us
Remember this was the year of Joe Burrow and Jamarr Chase
2019 Ranked 5 with A&M and Texas ahead of us
Do you think for a second any of the listed teams wouldn't trade places with us????

The staff is doing fine considering no visits. They just have to finish it off. Particularly Leigh, Thomas, Smith, Wiggins and Ryan. Then fill in the rest with an OL or 3, a TE and best available. Those 5 plus at least 1 other OL and I'm happy no matter who the rest are. If visits ever open up then all bets are off. Lots of variables then.
