Madden 21 not looking good so far... who here is getting it anyway?

Ryan Moody on YouTube has been dogging the game for awhile now. Even previous iterations of it. Instead of showcasing gameplay, they're getting NFL players to sell the game for them.

they've created a mode called "The Yard" and you have the options to buy more gear for your player. much like fortnite skins.

Yea I will just wait until Black Friday to get this or just wait until Ps5, last years game has updated rosters with all of the players of their teams from community downloads. So frick em. All I been playing is franchise with all LSU Bengals team anyway

I was a huge madden fan but I haven’t bought the last 3. I was big into franchise mode but they haven’t touched that in years. MUT completely ruined that game and now they introduced some bullshite arcade mode.
I found it sad and hilarious that a few weeks ago #fixmaddenfranchise was the number one trending on Twitter and they came out and basically said that they can’t do anything now because it’s so late in the process. That they’ll look into that in next years version.
The gameplay is dogshit and is the same as last years. Once again I’m not buying that garbage.

I stopped buying Madden a couple years ago after I refused to learn my lesson for the 3 years prior.
It's the same game every year and even then, it doesn't have lasting power through the season like MLB the Show has.
NCAA, on the other hand, has ridiculous replay-ability and needs to come back.

People have been asking them for years now to make updates to Franchise mode. And what do they do instead? Double down on MUT and make a completely new game mode nobody was asking for, all while not touching Franchise mode.

i don't know if it was ever mentioned here or not, but the practice field for madden 20 had madden 19 logos shown in the stands.

Do yourself a favor and buy sports games either on Black Friday or a generation behind and you can save a lot of money. 2K and EA are in the money-making business at this point, not the making the best game business

Yeah, I remember 2 or 3 years ago folks were pissed about the stale franchise mode and EA responded that it would be a focus in the future of the series.
Fast forward to 2020 and they proceeded to not touch the mode at all and then suddenly act like they were oblivious that it was an issue.
