They oppose the EO in any way and the voters will know who wants their payroll tax cut taken away.
If they don’t oppose the EO then voters will know congress didn’t do anything and it was all Trump.

I noticed a lot of libs on social media already pissed off by the EO saying 1. he doesn't have the authority and 2. they would of gotten a lot more than 400 from congress.
