It's pretty sad to see all of those guys struggling like they are. That area was really turning into a dinning destination. Building 5 is killing it right now but everyone else is struggling. I'm guessing K-Street is gone. Chow yum Phat is open but seems to be struggling. Digullio's and Overpass should pull through, what are the other survivors?

K Street was going to fail with or without the pandemic (and I don't understand because I have enjoyed the few times I have gone). It was dead the last handful of times I had been and that was pre-covid.

Overpass and Digulios will be fine as will Zippys, Pinettas, Ivars and Parrains.

I have heard very good things about Building 5 and Chow Yum Phat but haven't been yet.

I'm still kind of surprised Frankie's doghouse and Schlitz are still around. I think both of them will be victims of covid as well as the sushi spot there (if it's still around). No idea how Bumsteers will make out.

Pretty sure Chow Yum Phat is doing pretty well on the “to go” side of things. The same with a place like Southfin. Their menu does well in a “to go” heavy environment.

The last couple of times we went to overpass there was a wait and the same with Digulios. Which seems to be one of the only joints open till 10. At least they were a couple weeks ago.

K Street was already on its way out. Sadly (because I know and love the owner), I have a feeling Bumsteers won’t last. Merchant and DiGuilios haven’t missed a beat, and Bldg5 is still the hot spot.

Chow Yum is one of my favorite places so I really hope it hangs on.

I heard a rumor that the Ivars crew bought the gas station across the street and are turning it into a bbq place, can anyone confirm or deny this? Seems like a pretty good idea if they can turn out even decent bbq
