Sounds like 2 different guns being shot. And there is witness testimony from all over the place saying two people shot. The driver and another concealed carrier who shot at the car (this guy should get charged, you can't just shoot at a fleeing vehicle). Especially in a downtown scenario with buildings and a person running away so getting a completely different location to record sound, it easily could both be pistols. No one, even the driver stated that the rifle was shot.

So, what is it. AK guy shot or not? Did he even point the ak at the driver? If he did, the driver had full right to protect himself. Pointing a gun at someone even without firing it, is justified for someone to shoot.
