New Doomcock Lucasfilm rumors: Kathleen Kennedy is no longer operating as head of LF

-Says hes received more confirmation her being out is more than a rumor and received info shes pretty much already done and Disney is just waiting for a good time to announce/reshuffle. She is no longer involved in any ongoing projects.
-says Kathleen is arranging a deal with JJ Abrams company Bad Robot (not related to star wars)
-says Disney wants George Lucas to replace Kathleen Kennedy, says Disney investors have been working him for a few months
-they ask Lucas what it would take to bring him back to LF, and he asks for 4 non-negotiable conditions that needed to be met
1. He gets to make HIS sequel trilogy
2. He gets full creative power (Disney Corp doesnt mettle)
3. Kathleen Kennedy is gone
4. Disney agrees to never ever mess with the George Lucas Star Wars movies
-says Favreau would essentially take over Star Wars content on Disney+ and another person would be head of star wars movie production.
-says star wars may have a marvel style movie-verse

I agree except I'm more optimistic IF Lucas is in. Lucas can hopefully keep the Star Wars tone and avoid becoming the slapstick marvel is.

You know this is fake because "they want Lucas back."
Also seems like KK has been getting fired for 3 years.
I suspect her time is up, but she won't be replaced by George Lucas.

The only person I trust less with Star Wars than Kennedy is Lucas himself. The prequels were full of terrible slapstick.

These are just the same recycled rumors that span since star wars has been around.
Disney was "going to remake the prequels" same ole same ole.
Anything about remaking movies, especially with GL, is bs.

Sequels to 7, 8, and 9?
It means, which the story is completely bs, that he would be remaking 7, 8 and 9 with his outlines/story.

Absolutely no reason to re do 7, 8 and 9.
They happened. Move on with tbe parts that worked and ignore the parts that didn't.
I'd venture the next major star wars movie we see will be something that takes place hundreds of years before the Skywalker movies.

I'm not even saying they wouldn't bring Lucas in as some kind of advisor.
But they didn't spend billions of dollars on a product just to let the guy they bought it from call all the shots.
