Does Cox internet cut out everyday for anyone else in BR?

Every damn day it cuts out randomly for 30 minutes or so.
It's aggravating as hell.
Any ideas why it keeps happening?

I cant tell you how amazing the switch to AT&T fiber has been.

Just a suggestion, mine did the same thing (NOT BR). I changed my router to a Google Nest and never had the problem came back. I assume it was the old Netgear POS I had causing the problems. Take that for what it's worth.

Switch to AT&T fiber if you're able to in your area. I had Cox internet all my life, and if 3 days went by that I didn't lose internet for a period of time, I considered it a miracle. Jumped on the AT&T fiber internet bandwagon back in October of last year, and have since not experienced any period of internet outage. Zero issues at all.

Nah, I use Cox and it never happens to me either.I know it does happen to others, but I have no idea why.

I've been having a lot of issues lately in Metry. It was REALLY bad when I got back from work earlier, cutting out every 5 minutes.
Went to the the "My Account" portion of their website and chose to reset modem option (it's different than just unplugging it and plugging it back in). That was about 5 hours ago and I haven't had any issues since. Fingers crossed.

My AT&T cuts out once or twice a day, but only for a few seconds or a minute or two. We don't have fiber available from anyone. When we had Cox it was worse, it would go out for hours without reason. AT&T can see that we are loosing a connection but they have no idea why we are losing it. They give us a credit if one of us calls and bitches about it, but that doesn't improve anything.

Not only that, but blazing speeds 24/7. I remember Cox at 5pm in Lakeview was like dialup.

Do you have the new Contour Box, because I'm experiencing the same thing? Technician coming Friday.
