Florida hospital handling COVID-19 tests confirmed to media this week that its near-100% positivity rate was overstated by a factor of 10, raising already-heightened concerns that numerous labs are over reporting the number of confirmed infections.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management posts a daily coronavirus update on its website, which features a list of the positivity rates of every COVID testing facility in the state. Hundreds of labs and hospitals throughout Florida are regularly testing state residents for the coronavirus.

In recent days, numerous facilities have begun reporting 100% positivity rates, figures significantly higher than the statewide average of around 15%. Many of those labs claim to have tested only one patient, though others with 100% rates report testing dozens and sometimes hundreds of patients.

The news station reported that area hospital Orlando Health "confirmed errors in the report," with hospital officials stating their their "positivity rate is only 9.4 percent, not 98 percent."

Florida averages 400-500 deaths per day on a normal basis.

There has got to be some frickery going on with reimbursements for testing... and how many positives are handled...

The Louisiana dept of health, at least in Baton Rouge, is LITERALLY offering people coupons for free McDonalds if they come get tested today.

Not to worry, they'll make more. Florida averages 550 births a day.

Another fun fact for Florida . IF you schedule a test and blow it off because the wait is too long like friend of mine did with his whole family you will get a letter showing your whole family tested positive. NO BS They blew it off after a 2 hour wait and found a doctor they knew to do it a few days later. They tested negative. Then a week after the non test they got a letter stating they were all positive even tho they didnt take the test. What a world we are living in

Boy, a lot of people from several states know that same family. I’ve heard that story repeated a dozen times & never first hand.

He left the most important part out, though.

The part about waking up on ice in a cheap hotel room with a kidney missing and a cell phone after having the test.

The problem with this pandemic is that the same people who control shutdowns and mandates also control the data. They can make the pandemic seem as dangerous as they please and then institute whatever controls they want.
