After a long hot day of working in the yard and tending to some grilled Red Snapper, I feel great. What are y’all eating and drinking?
Going with some Alfredo asparagus and garlic bread

I just ate 7 bass. Used an air fryer out of curiosity and they weren't bad at all. Bud lite seltzer.
If all goes right ill be eating snapper later as well.

Been at the danged baseball field all day.
First game was suppose to be at 9:30 so get there at 8:30. Find out the tournament screwed up and we don’t play until 11:30. Too far to go back home.
Two games. Not a fan of competitive baseball. My son fills in for the team sometimes when they need him.
Just eating a sandwich.

Monkey Shoulder followed by BLT's with maters out of the garden. Damn I love simple summer eating.

That’s exactly what I had. Ended up cooking a couple of packages bacon on the blackstone griddle so we can have more this week.

Thx. I've just recently discovered Scotch. I think Bourbon is now for Mixed Drinks only.

Cooked up a vindaloo with some leftover lamb we had. Sipping on some Johnnie Walker double black.

BBQ shrimp like Pascals Manale. I’ve been told I do it very well.
Was drinking Yuengling all day, shifted to Madeira and soda on rocks. Sounds really lame but good on a hot day.

Was it good?
Why would you want to eat a toxic plant in the first place?
Was it worth the extra work?
What did it taste like?

Had couple of strips started on the cast iron and finished in the pellet grill.
Finished with a little Boursin cheese.
Went good with a Kentucky mule with some Tin Cup Rye while I enjoyed the new episode of Yellowstone.
