I'm all for playing Texas believe me but this will somehow make the current playoff system very screwed when certain conferences are playing a league only schedule and others play their regular schedule.

The Big 12 will do whatever the SEC does. If the SEC eliminates OOC games, the Big 12 will as well.
I have predicted all along that the smaller schools (i.e. La Tech, ULL, Nicholls, UTSA, etc) will not play a 2020 season at all. The Power 5 conferences might as well already do what the Big 10 has announced.
