I’ve got a heavier cash position than I probably should...that’s my “hedge” but not really intentional.

It very well might, but you're being silly. The "least risky asset in existence" doesn't shed 83% of its value in a six month period. Ever.

JT is this your handle? I swear you say the exact things as my buddy who got me into BTC.

And that statement will be proven true sooner rather than later. At this point, holding your money in USD related assets is more risky. I don't want to lose 10+% of my purchasing power every year like we are/will be seeing in the dollar.
