I believe if he has a very strong Elite 11 outing, which alot of people believe he will, and a strong senior season he could become a 5 star QB. He has all the intangibles in my opinion. What do you guys think?

If he wasn't committed to LSU, yes. But since he is already committed to LSU, no.

He's currently a composite .9540. I think he could get up to .9750, but 5 star would probably be a bit of a reach.

I didn't look at it like that. That's a good point, he's going to have to be lights out

Well, one thing is for sure, the dude has a super cool personality, is almost unbelievably mature for his age, and beyond super intelligent.

That’s how Coaches sons carry themselves, i.e. Joe Burrow

He absolutely could. He’s gonna have to show out in the camps though

He won’t. The 247 pundits have already commented on it.....”he lacks elite athleticism” is their remark.......If he played Baseball,Soccer, and Basketball he’d be a 5 star

And this is why they are steadily going downhill. They pigeonhole themselves too much. The DT qb requirement(unless generational like Lawrence) is them limiting themselves. Last I checked the qbs primary job is to throw the ball to an open receiver. You can't run it out to them. I love a guy that can move as much as anyone but they don't have to be elite. Burrow wasn't an elite athleticism guy. Brady and Manning can't run at all and they're the 2 greatest of present, pass happy football.
I've been very open that I'm a Williams guy but to pigeonhole Nuss, or any other kid because they aren't elite at a secondary skill for the position is just asinine.

Hey bud I agree. Someone even brought up Tom Brady’s poor combine, turns out he was “elite” in the shuttle or side to side whatever......that was their defense.......but hell he wasn’t even a starter at Michigan.......

By their rule there should be at least 2-3 5 star qbs in every class, because there’s atleast 2-3 that go first round every year.

Your right. I just remember him struggling and Henson getting some pub, seemed more back and forth back then than it really was

Sure he could. If TXHSFB goes on this season and his team makes a run then he certainly could. Don't they only give out 32 5*s or has that changed?

Henson was definitely the bigger recruit of the two. Funny how that played out for him and Brady

It is. But I think Henson got at least one decent contract from mlb. Not Brady money though
