Is one "siding with the liberals" if one simply IS a liberal?

This is why they are desperately trying to keep RBG alive. We all know she doesn't have her full wits about her and his more senile than Sleepy Joe.

what a fricking waste he was by W.
it is hard enough to have chances at placing justices on the SCOTUS. W completely shite the bed. we should have an easy 5-4 advantage now. we need breyer and RBG replaced soon and by trump not some clown GOPe or democrat.

I called this a few days ago.

I've seen some rumors going around DC that conservatives lost the major abortion case this term and if that's true, that's a big blow for social conservatism and the Federalist society.

And this was the response to me from OleWarSkuleAlum.

I’ve heard the exact opposite. The progressives I know are melting down about the hospital admittance privileges case. 5-4
Not only does he support shitty candidates in RINOs and democrats like like Marco Rubio, Andrew Yang, John Bel Edwards and Tommy Tuberville, he also gets his political prognostications wrong.

So basically, any slapdick can now perform an abortion.
Bully!

Was this centered on MD having privileges within 30 miles?
If so, that is a patient safety issue.
My hospital will not allow admission without privileges.

Roberts took the exact opposite position in the Texas case only 7 years ago. No doubt he's being blackmailed.

Trump needs to be there for the RBG replacement.

Abortion needs to be legal and readily available. The last thing we need is more unwanted children growing up to be criminals or on welfare.

Man, George W. missed on Roberts like his old man missed on Souter.

He's making it obvious.
And Judge Nap can die in a fire.

The Supreme Court struck down a similar Texas law four years ago. Roberts dissented then, but now upholds the law. Given his recent sidings with the liberal faction it is clear he is sending a message to Trump for his criticism of Roberts and court decisions.
