NBC reporter now saying the "bounty" intel wasn't persuasive enough to be shared with prez

Unfortunately I cannot link because it was on television.
What a clown show. NYT saying pres was briefed, now intel officials say he wasn't briefed because it wasn't seen as persuasive. What is the truth? Why are different orgs getting a different narrative?
Lesson here: DO NOT blindly jump to conclusions based on intel leaks.

I'm sure next they will say that the context is it was extremely accurate but not strong enough to persuade the president as there were no gorillas in the report to get his attention. They knew it would make no difference to him because of his Russian loyalties so they did not bother briefing him on it.

I hope to hell he wasn't, the WSJ not only "confirmed" the other reports today but clarified that it was in his daily briefings. Maybe they were and he got pulled away by other matters before reading it, I dont know.
