Bass Pro has Herters in stock for under 20 cents a round.
You have to go to the site, choose Herters, and then select a store that has a listing of Limited in stock, not Out Of Stock. When you find a store, say, in Mississippi
, that has it listed, you can order, and select the delivery option. They have free Fedex shipping for orders over $50.
Based on personal experience, it will A) NOT let you order until you select a store listing stock; and
B) and very interestingly, will NOT ship FROM that store.
So in other words, they make you work a little. Mine was shipped from Utah.
Is it the best, probably not. I'm gathering that it's Winchester in a different box, with different headstamps. But considering it was $197 shipped to my door for a case, I can't bitch that much. I'd rather shoot S&B 124gr, but I'm not paying over $200 for it.
