The East Baton Rouge Metro Council is set to consider a $5 million settlement in the civil lawsuit against local leaders filed on behalf of Alton Sterling's five children, who lost their father in the 2016 police shooting that ignited nationwide protests.
Meanwhile, blacks who actually do the right thing and contribute to society have to deal with BS from BLM guilt trippers, find work to support families, and pay loan debts off.
Democrats pandering has destroyed the black family and destroyed our cities.

A career criminal, engaged in illegal activities, resisting arrest. Why do we owe anyone anything?

He wasn’t supporting his kids anyway and any semblance of “support” he was supposedly giving was probably through ill gotten gains like selling illegal and stolen shite (bootlegged CD’s) and dope. The sooner the media and the great American public stop trying to make thugs like Alton Sterling martyrs and heroes, the better off we’ll all be. Probably impossible given the current state of our country.

His son needs all 5 million for some good ole fashioned A Clockwork Orange therapy treatment.

So if a child molesting, multi time felon, with weight issues and multiple baby mamas and no job, is worth $5 million, how much is an upstanding citizen worth?
Posted on 6/25/20 at 8:29 am to SPEEDY
a committee will be formed to decide how to divvy up the money.
by the time the family gets it, it will be more like $5k.

If this goes to trial. The whole system will fall. So how much do you pay to keep a secret?

BOOM... by the way this should be blocked because Alton BROKE THE LAW.......... there is zero reason anyone in that family gets anything....why????? Well he already had a sheet a mile long and was dealing drugs while so called selling cd’s AND had many drugs in his system at the time of the event........ WHY is this NEVER talked about by the black community?????????

Limitation of liability for city is $500,000 in general damages for any one wrongful death. Additionally, if the injury or death occurred in the commission of a felony, there is a possibility of no recovery.
