NOLA starting to flood again

The worst has yet to come. The cell that was over Houma with 60mph winds is on the way.

Yeah - literally other than some dark skies, it's been fairly dry Uptown. Nothing like it was a week or two ago.

I have not seen any flooding at all and I just drove through several different neighborhoods that all have issues.
