I'm glad the D is going back to a 4-3 base.
It's going to be really interesting to see how some of these guys fit at DL and LB. There's a lot of potential along the front. Not a lot of experience, but a lot of size and strength to slow down the run game. Also young guys with speed like Brooks and Lee -- those two look like really intriguing players in defending spreads.

Yeah. We never would’ve won a NC if that bum had stayed.
I’m glad we have Bo back. I love his defensive style. But Aranda was a fantastic DC.

Jesus Christ. Go frick yourself. Our fanbase truly is delusional. I think MANY of yall are in for a MAJOR wakeup call this year. You act like Pelini is just gonna come in and have a top 5 defense immediately. Yeah Idk about that.
I will not tolerate Aranda hate. Back when our offense was inept he was the ONLY reason we were still winning games. Then he shut down two top 5 offenses in the playoff game and fricking natty. And you're happy he's gone? Like what the frick is wrong with you. Are you seriously that spoiled? Our fanbase truly is clueless. Like how can you watch the OU and Clemson games back and think... God I pray we get rid of the guy coaching that defense... frick you and frick anyone who agrees with you.

The last time Pelini was the DC LSU lost two games, one of which was a disaster that nearly cost LSU a shot at the title. That was the game that 6-6 Arkansas put up 50 on LSU, in Tiger Stadium.
The defense gave up 20 PPG that season. Hopefully he's gotten better.
