I am hitting highly-esteemed uptown Italian joint, Vincent's for the first time tonight. What do I need to order? What can't I leave without trying. I have been hearing a lot of about the cannelloni and the crab/corn bisque bread bowl.

The cannelloni is great. Not something I’d have ever ordered without being told, but glad I finally did.

The seafood medallions are good too. Never hear much about them.

I can't seem to go and not get the cannelloni. It's just so good!

Veal st Charles. Not on menu. But just ask for it.
Breaded veal cutlets stacked and layered with a crabmeat and shrimp cream sauce and topped with lump crabmeat.
